मुख्य उद्देश्य आफ्नो पेशा निरन्तरताका लागि शल्यक्रिया आवश्यकता पर्ने पर्वतारोहण पथ प्रदर्शक, पेट्रोलर तथा पर्वतारोहण प्रशिक्षकहरुलाई आर्थिक सहयोग उपलब्ध गराउने । सहयोग गर्न सकिने अवस्था पेशालाई नै चुनौती दिने चोटपटक (दिर्घ वा क्षणिक) पेशा पहिचान गर्ने अभिलेख÷पर्वतारोहण पथ प्रदर्शक, पेट्रोलर तथा पर्वतारोहण प्रशिक्षक सम्बन्धी पेशा निरन्तर गर्ने अभिप्राय पेशा निर्वाह गर्ने क्रममा घाइते भई आई
