I currently work at Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort.  I became involved in the winter sports industry working a college internship at a Colorado ski resort.

Career Background

I chose patrolling because I enjoyed the everyday skiing aspect.  I have been lucky enough to work all over the west in vastly different mountain ranges, and have worked at all levels of ski patrolling.

Treatment Procedure and Recovery Plan

Through the Kees Brenninkmeyer Foundation’s help, I had an ACL reconstruction and meniscus work and began working exactly six months from my date of surgery.  Since my surgery was so successful, I plan on continuing my ski patrol career.
